It depends how you play... IMO though it is the IJN BB (haters gonna hate)

Fuso is an amazing T6 BB

IJN CV is the most OP line right now from what I hear.

 

Let me warn you though. Things that are OP in this game have a tendency to become UP very very fast.

IJN BB line is very fun up until tier 8 (which is kinda wonky in its squishiness) and tier 9 (turrets that are about as durable as the Atlanta's).

I've always thought it was either the IJN cruisers or battleship.

 

The cruisers have some good torps so you can go ham at an enemy battleship or cruiser. Not to mention with the incoming Fruity Taco buff, you an IJN cruiser with large guns in comparison to USN cruisers of the same tier. This makes for easy citadels.

 

The battleships  have speed and range. The speed helps in all situations since it allows you to respond to many situations, allows you to turn fairly quickly, and run away when all is lost.

Taking into consideration that the Amagi is a battlecruiser, it's pretty self-explanatory.  Izumo is paper I believe, I'm still scratching my head at how empty its decks are.

Well the stock hull does have maximum 100mm worth of armour covering its citadel
