Should I have earned more money? Or am I greedy...

I just had a very good round. In CBT I did quite a few rounds like this and made a ton more of that cold hard cash. Does it seems that I may be greedy or should I have made more than 270k with 6 ships destroyed, a win,  over 170k damage, 60+ hits, and 17 planes shot down. Can this be addressed? I believe anybody that has a match like this, (I can't remember who but they had one more kill and made over 1 million and the screenshot is on the forum somewhere) should make CONSIDERABLY more than what I made. Thoughts anybody?

Money and exp are heavily dependent on the tier and ship type of what you did damage to and kills themselves aren't really worth much if you just got the killing blow.

Well this is OBT, aka less credits and xp, I believe they should increase the credits income as to me it's a little low, BUT i do not see it needing to be that high.

I understand about not earning much with last hitting, but I did serious damage and scored a ton of hits. I also only netted 150k. The upkeep on these high tiers is seriously ugh.

Are you on a premium account? If so, I would honestly have expected you'd make a bit more money. Though it all depends where you did that damage. You took out two T6 ships. You being a T9 means those are not going to count for a whole lot. I'm not sure what the Fletcher is right off, but the NC and Atago are below you also. You did a great job, no arguing that, but you'd have earned far more credits/xp had you done more damage against ships of your own tier. As for the kills themselves, while a killing blow is always a good idea in order to get the guns out of the game, I agree with the comments above. Credits/xp are based on damage, not kills. Someone, somewhere said there's a 25% credit/xp bonus to the damage of a killing blow in WoT, but I'm not sure if that's true or accurate.

You took out 3 t8's and 2 t6's. The get comparatively less XP/cred for damaging ships BELOW your tier, than you do for equal or higher tiers. The t8 stuff probably 'paid' fairly well, but the 2 t6's gave you very little, by comparison.

Fiz  I would love to team up with you again. By the way I got video of that match.  The Lex was all me you got a ranger at the end, atago and fletcher was 80% me  you just got killing blows and the NC we split him  everything else was you. I did see you got more citadel  it looks like from the video they were mostly killing blows = not as much xp/credits. Over all it was a good match the reason in my opinion you didn't get the numbers you wanted from a 6 kill match is that most of those were killing blow with citadels, and because the killing blows were citadels it did not give you the full xp/credits because that citadel only did so much damage because they died before taking all the damage.

 

First is the scoreboard, I still did a lot of damage but you got allot of the kills and bested me in shots and team xp maybe even damage; although  I got allot more xp  due to confederation flags I farmed with my Hosho

316k credits, 5108 xp, 256 free xp

3rd video  is a 4.7k match I had earlier that day with no  flags, Probably one of the best matches you will ever watch in WOWS with a BB, 3 min in you are on your tows; amazing battle NC vs 3 Cleveland slug fest killing 2 and a Colorado with only 1600 hp

At the end of the day we all know repair cost are way to high for the compensation you get  even with a premium account its almost unbearable.
