All players should be on map at same time including bots

This annoying crap with bot ships suddenly spawning right in front of you is bull crapgame play, all ships should be on the map at the beginning of the game not appearing on your opposite side when your already in a battle. What kind of idiotic nonsense is this where you have to travel across the map to get surprised by bots suddenly spawning where ever the server wants to put them. there should never be late arrivals to the game.

they are not spawning randomly boats are invisible until you get within spotting range and each boat has a different spotting range

Uhh are you talking about how ships just magically appear? Because that is their concealment system. DDs have amazing concealment and can only be spotted about 6-7km out. If they told you where the DDs were you would just nuke them before they could do anything and that would end their game pretty quickly.
