This is a good change in the policies and most should know this. I sold my Warspite early in OBT after running into solid teams of Atagos and Atlantas.

I just submitted a ticket to reclaim it and this is the responce, So it turns out I will be getting it back, of course at the expence of the credits I gained by selling it.

Dear donaldEpott,

Thank you for contacting Wargaming's NA Support Team!

As fellow players, we can relate to the apparent distress when errors are made in game and regretting a crucial decision later down the road.

Although a vast majority of these in-game actions are irreversible, player's now have the ability to use up to four (4) exceptions per calendar year to reverse any unwanted garage actions that occur within the same calendar year.

We no longer have the restrictions that you have stated in your ticket and have recently updated our policy to be more user friendly.

We encourage you to read the following knowledge-base article detailing this information here:
https://na.wargaming.net/support/Knowledgebase/Article/View/396/18/what-are-exceptions-and-how-do-they-work

Players must submit a separate ticket to our customer support department each time they want to make use of an exception. Customer Support will only be able to reverse one action per exception; barring the request is to restore any number of previously sold vehicles.

Here are some examples of what we can offer to reverse:

- Accidental Gold to Credit conversions
- Ship Restorations (You can request multiple vehicles per Exception)
- Accidental Ammunition purchases using Gold
- Reversing accidental garage slot purchases

Unfortunately, our tools do not allow us to revert any of the following actions:

- Actions dealing with Crew or Crew XP
- Experience or Research
- Actions prior to January 1st, 2015 (With the exception of Special Vehicles)
- Gold spent on Name Changes or Account Management
- Actions made regarding Clans or Clan Management

Please confirm that you would like to use one of your available exceptions in order to restore the following vehicle(s):

4875000 credits for Warspite

Also please make sure to have the necessary credits and free port slot(s) ready.

We look forward to your response and assisting you in the future!
Best Regards,

Wargaming America Support
You can always check your ticket status by logging into our Support Portal: https://na.wargaming.net/support/
Please don't forget to fill out our survey once your ticket has been completed.

I just wish I jumped on the Warspite wagon, I thought it would be around a bit longer for purchase...

Using an Exception to Restore Vehicles

Players can restore any vehicle the player previously owned as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • There must be records demonstrating ownership of the vehicle, and have at least one battle played.
  • You must have a free garage slot for the vehicle to be restored.
  • You must allow us to remove the credits received when selling the vehicle.

NA Support can use one Exception to restore multiple vehicles, but players cannot combine multiple requests using one Exception. Please note that if you wish to reverse another action outside of a vehicle restoration, it must be clearly stated or requested in a separate ticket. Further, there is no time limit as to which vehicles can be restored, however they must meet the criteria mentioned above.

In order to have multiple Premium or Standard vehicles restored, you must provide a list of vehicles that you would like restored. Support will not provide a list of vehicles previously owned for players.

Watch everyone buy a Tirpitz, and when they can't play it well rage sell it, then want it back and WG says No. :teethhappy:
