410 mm just dont penetrate(nagato)

I've got the nagato, its a decent ship accurate and has long range but i swear by every god in this world i cant penetrate BB, and before you get on me for not aiming well i usually get 4 to 5 hit from 15km or more but the latest instance was a brawling match with an myogi that didn't have a hull upgrade just by looking at it, we were 7km away from each other and i got 2 full salvos into him 14 hits(2 missed rng), about 6 hits right below the smoke stacks and no citadels, i cant even imagine why he didnt even die.

and for cruisers do the 410mm guns over penetrate them ill get beautiful 5 hits right in the center of them and get robbed of a citadel.

 

people that have this ship do you get an average amount of citadels or is it as difficult as i think

your target maybe angling am I right?or only showing his front or rear part of his ship to u so u can't penetrate effectively.practice more at low tiers isn't a bad thing,I really enjoy my kawachi and wyoming.when people didn't realized they are not prepared for high tier battles but still rush into it that definitely cause the frustration.that's why so many bad Lowe players in wot,so many bad Atlanta & Atago players in wows,because they bought a good ship but they doesn't have good skills.

i use AP and if i have time i switch to HE on destroyers , and my ping is 35 and im usually 65 to 70 fps

 

and the myogi was showing his broadside to me all flat

 

i just dont understand how im not getting citadel hits, i mean im no sharpshooter but when i get one of those 7 hits on a BB i expect that 20k not the 10k with spare change hit.

 

how are your feelings on this ship , i mean i know its accurate like no other but i feel like im shooting blanks here

Wait until you get an Izumo... The 410s are fine at tier VII and VIII. When you start facing TierX BBs in every match though, just start using 100% HE, except against CAs.
