Manual Drop Bug w/ Torp Planes

Need to fix mechanic for manual drop where you hold alt to drop but can't actually click to set the drop... have lost quite a few kills and had quite a few bad drops or had to circle around b/c the game bugs out and you cannot no matter how many times you click set the manual drop!

If you have your mouse on the left hand side of the screen (where the team list/ship icons would be, if you have those enabled,) you get the bug where it won't click. Make sure your mouse is in more-or-less the center of the map when you click to avoid this bug
