Contacts List

I have been having issues with the Contacts list (the 3 dots at bottom left of your screen when you're in port).

Mine works great, however, my friends don't work at all. When he clicks on the 3 dots, to open the contacts menu, it tells him "chat server is unavailable" in yellow and below that in white it says "we are working on it".

 

Also when I bring mine up, (for which I have added him to my list), it always shows him offline when I know he is there.

 

any ideas?

It does that for me each & every time I come out of a match.

Sometimes happens when I click on an open window.

For some reason, my friend has been 100% unable to access his contacts. From day 1 his has been unavailable. Thanks for the input Sandman.
