crews idea

i dont have the time to look and see if someone already posted about this but so far in WoWs we have a commander but not a full crew like WoT where we can improve each crew member. there should be crew "groups" so each group could have their own skills like in WoT.

for example

loading group(or other possible name): skills that apply to ammo

gunner group(or other possible name): skills that apply to aiming/ targeting

damage control group: skills that apply to damage control of the ship

commander/ commander group: person or people that rule over the other 3 groups and improve their abilities

and they would improve by level of experience from earning xp based on match xp/ amount of time used(but balanced)
