Can we get a 'Lock mouse to screen' option for Windowed mode please?

I like windowed full screen with game so I can tab to other monitors and not have the game screen disapear. But without the mouse being locked to the window, moving to low will make the taskbar pop up, and going to the side makes the stupid windows 8 side bar pop up.

 

Also let everyone post in suggestions forum.
