Server still down

I read the patch notes and it says the maintenence is supposed to end at 8:30 AM Eastern, it's 9:03 and still isn't up.

 

Anyone else having this problem?

They really need to optimize their netcode more, this lag is killing the game for me and others. I really want to see this game become good and amazing.

 

I hope hybrid dedicated servers will be put in place
