Tactical Map

So I was thinking that the tactical map in this game would be much more useful if you could:

1) zoom out to it on while piloting a carrier

2) rotate IT, and

3) be able to turn off the the autopilot control text the takes up the entire left side of the damn map

There is one big problem with the full-size map: ships beyond visual range are not displayed on it.  They are on the mini-map, but not on the big one.  Makes no sense, and makes it useless.

 

However, this forum is for discussing game maps...not the map feature... ;)

I agree.  If anything, the tactical map should show more information than the minimap.  Because of this, I always play with my minimap transparent and as large as it will go and the only time I ever use the tactical map is as a cv because I am too lazy to use the minimap.  FIX THIS WG!!!
