Will Wait for Longer Queue Times

I will honestly wait more for matchups with equal tiers and/or +/- 1 tier. This night with my Ranger so far (only three games so far but enough to make me unhappy), I've been one of few tier 7s, facing a mix of tiers 4-6. This meant that my rewards were much less, but two of the three games I got killed so my repair bill is at 160k. Considering that I've only gotten 110k, 120k, and 150k for these three games (while achieving high performance from my end), take away 160k in repairs and I'm left with 220k, for an hour's worth of play. I'd get almost 200k from one battle alone if it the tiers were 6-8, evenly divided.

2. if they're lower tier you should be able to win against them. If it's ryuujou and zuihou using bomber loadout, just ask for cruiser support

3. MM was balanced by giving the team another asset, such as a tier equal to your ranger Nagato.

Well if you want to know how I actually managed to die...

 

First time, I asked my team for help when I saw a Cleveland flanking around. There were 2 BBs close enough to turn around, and almost my entire team's cruisers were just a bit further out but would've been able to race back. Instead they all continued sailing away to 10v2 the remaining enemies, and didn't notice my doomed Ranger until I was almost dead. 

 

Second time, well, most of my team got killed easily and yet again a Cleveland got my already crippled Ranger from a failed invisi DD attack (which was two tiers lower, the Minekaze, and snuck past my entire team on the edge of the map; I was lucky and my secondaries detonated it before it could finish me off). 

 

Oh well, right now I'm playing with my New Mexico which is making me a lot more credits. I even detonated a Pensacola at the beginning of a game
