When I write an article on the suggestions Board it is that 'You can not start a new topic'

why cannot i start a new topic?

You need to post a certain amount (can't for the life of me remember how many posts you need to make) in order to make a new topic in the Suggestions board. Just comment a couple times on some posts and you should be able to make a new topic.

Pretty sure you need a post count of 10 at least to post there. For the love of all things holy please do not spam tho to reach that number.
