Tier 4 carriers need some help against tier 5 carriers.

The fighter compliment and capability of the tier 5 carriers, the Bogue specifically, is so much greater than tier 4 carriers as to be impossible to combat.  Two tier 4 carriers are still at a disadvantage against a single tier 5.

 

I'm not sure what a good solution would be other than putting a limit on the tier 5s so that they can never be in a match with a tier 4 carrier.  Increasing fighter capability of tier 4s seems bad as there is a decent balance for their own tier.  Limiting the tier 4's MM doesn't seem like a good idea either.  All in all I'd say the limit should be on tier 5's so that they are never in a match without another tier 5 to balance on the opposing team.  They are just too strong against the lower tier.

its like this for every tier isnt it? not a CV captain myself but each tier has a pretty big jump in capability for planes. this is an issue with them as a class.

I just got the skill and immediately went into a match against a bogue and langley with a langley (me) and hosho on our side.  At the end the other team had 51 plane kills to our 11.  Seven of the 11 kills were mine and I'm maxxed out as much as possible for dogfighting.  Even going two squads on one our fighters were dieing before his.

Just started playing carriers the other day and I have had nothing but enemy teams with tier 5 or higher carriers and me the only one on my team. I may as well have just gone AFK since everything I sent up was shot down before getting anywhere near where I sent it.
