This Lag

So, just wondering, what is up with all the lag I have been experiencing lately. I had very noticeable lag the first two days of Open Beta (not surprising, so I  powered thought it, and it passed). The past 3 days or so I have been getting lag spikes so strong I can't dodge torpedoes. I notice the warning, the DD, or the TB early enough, but when a lag spike hits, I cant turn until it ends, so I am SOL. So most of the time (like 70% ) I end up eating a few torps and losing most of my health. None of my other games lag, so I know it is not my internet, it is WoWs. My main concern is why now? Why did is just, all of a sudden, decide to start spiking on me out of the blue? Any thoughts on this?

 

And before anyone offers it, yes, I have reset my router to check, and yes I have restarted both my computer and the game when it happens. It just happens at random times, and I have even collided with a few players because of it. Though, thankfully neither of us died as a result

my problem   is at the start  ,the scrum, the setup all the other ships  move around,,45 sec to 1 min or more before i get into  the battle,,so late the other teams hit and sink me??
