Critical Error message

Every time I try to run the game I get the following critical error occurred message:

The BigWorld Client has encountered an unhandled exception and must close (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION : 0xC0000005 @ 0x015DC3AC)(Read @ 0x00000010) Memory status: System: 86638592/3221225472 [2.96% used]

 

Anyone have any ideas??? Please help!!!

i have the same problem any help would be nice,i cant find a way to fix it anywhere i look so i guess ill have to wait for a patch  or something
