Perfect Destroyer "Checkmate"

I just had a great match playing a Farragut destroyer where I was able to turn the tide of a battle by grabbing the enemy's flag. The replay is  here:

Sorry for not having anything to say, but I just need to ask, how do people get replays of their games? I haven't seen any options or any game folders for my replays...

Replays technically exist, but lack most of the features you've come to expect from replays.

No time compression, no rewinding.

 

I'm guessing they're going to be soft-disabled until WG actually fleshes them out.

Not true! Read my post! You can fast forward, rewind, time compress, enable a free camera, all sorts of stuff.

Yes you can, what he is saying is it hasn't been completely enabled. When it is there will be a check box in the menu to save replays, and for how long, etc.

You can also activate replays (and training rooms) using Aslain's mod pack installer.  here: http://aslain.com/index.php?/topic/2020-040-aslains-wows-modpack-installer-wpicture-preview-v044-06072015/

 

Running his mod pack is a completely painless way to get these features activated if you are uncomfortable editing the game preference files.  There are a lot of other useful mods including various revised crosshairs, improved team list information, and revised visuals.
