Hi, I am new to this game and I see many people having skins on their ships. How do I get one? Do I have to be a certain tier to get it or do I have to install a mod for it? Thx

If you're talking about the camo, then you need account level 8.

Otherwise you might be seeing the reward ships and some premiums with camo.

unlock account level 8 to put camo on your ships. simple as that

yes camo is unlocked at rank 8, however if you want personal skins then you have to go to one of the many threads with them and download them
