I have notice today that an upgrade for main battery reads +10% main battery loading speed and +15% main battery aiming speed time I hope that will corrected and not some fluke.

Not a fluke. It increases loading time for better aiming speed.

In other words, your guns load slower but rotate a little faster.  Yeah, I know, it is a stupid upgrade because there is absolutely no way a change to the turrets that reduces their traverse speed would cause them to load more slowly, and no engineer with half a brain would ever design such a dumb gun modification.  It makes no difference if your guns can get on target faster if you have to wait longer for them to reload before you can fire them.

This is a modification that makes your turrets turn faster, but causes your guns to take longer to reload. Quite a few threads explaining this.
