Low FPS Bug - HELP

hey everyone im having a FPS Problem...

 

3 days ago i was getting 120-130fps steady on low now im getting 20Max...

 

I checked my graphics properties / Nvidia control panle and its set to my graphics card like it should be...

 

My specs

 

I7 - 4700 - 2.30ghz X2

GTX 765m - 2gb

16gb Ram

Windows 8.1

yes i have tried disabling antivirus

GTX 765M is okay - But not ideal. NVIDIA probably set up graphics up, lowering the FPS insanely

Seeing that you are using a laptop and since the video chip is using shared memory, do you have anything running in the background when you are gaming that eats away at the available graphic memory?

You got 120 FPS regularly, when the game has a built in code, FPS cap of 75 (76)?

i have never had any problems with my graphics its dedicated not shared... i do run it on max and get 60fps steady

nope its dedicated its separate... 2gb total... its just not working today for some reason and only thing running in back ground is steam

60 Hertz screen? :p Plus switching between people really fast causes lag.

FIXED I CHANGED SETTING IN NVIDIA CONTROLL PANLE TO WORLD OF WAR SHIP PROFILE + SOME OTHER THINGS AND IM GETTING 65-70fps ON MAX
