It is where a light tank commander can jump into a premium aka golden seat without retraining as long as the commander is from another light tank. But it has been something I'm curious about: I can put say a US DD Commander in my Arkansas BB with no penalty? I don't think that you can shift a regular dd captain to a regular carrier or whatever other ship. But it works as I said earlier, so put down your pitchforks yourselves. But if it works the same way as in WoT it will save you a ton of cash & gold, so learn how it works & don't spend your hard earned cash & gold on a helpful tip that save you money.
