Question about y-axis on mouse

Is there any way to invert the y-axis on the mouse? I like to pull back the mouse to move the guns up. Not push the mouse away from me.

There was a thread about it I found the other day. Someone seemed to think it was already an option, and provided a helpful screenshot of where the invert mouse option isn't.
