Both of those are correct, actually.

WoWP is not released to the public and WoWS only enters alpha testing in Q3. Considering how long the process was for WoWP, we can expect it to run into 2014

Alpha to my knowledge for WoWp was....mmm 6months ish before they pushed it into Closed beta where it's been for more or less a year..
