Is it? Are you even being serious? No idea, hard to tell after playing only about 5 games and moving on to the next tier.

It's only a tier 5 though. A decent 1.5x, combined with the premium account helps heaps.

 

I find the US DDs a little weird. The torp ranges are insanely small. What was it, 4.5K at like tier 6? Hit n run affair, much more close-quarters than the IJN line.

I get 6/8 hits in my initial strike (@ 2:50) on the enemy at 12K+ distance, without targetting the ships for lead assistance. The rest is fairly boring.
