B-65 Super Cruiser

I searched, and I did not see this one thrown out there yet; so, I apologize if it already has.

 

How about the IJN design for a B-65 Super Cruiser: http://en.wikipedia....gn_B-65_cruiser

 

The B-65 initial design began in 1939, but it never made it out of the design phase. Fully loaded, the B-65 was designed to displace 35,000 tons and be 246.2 meters in length. It was originally designed with main armament consisting of nine 12.2"/50 cal guns in 3 triple turrets, but it was later redesigned in 1942 to carry nine 14" guns in response to the US Navy's plans of the Alaska class.

I did a very Comprehensive work of it with colored designs and everything. So yes it has already been done, fully fleshed out with the armor layouts and more.

Well to be fair first thing we learn in College, do searches with multiple types of questions from B65, B 65, or B-65 or even B.65  :trollface:  (You know I had to do it)

It might have been worse, DaVinci hasn't asked about where to download the game...yet. :wink:  From first impressions it looks like he's going to be a valuable good poster.

We've all made this kind of mistakes, thinking that we had a first post on a subject.  It's not nearly as bad as resurrecting your own threads after several months to keep them alive...

No problem. Didn't mean to step on anybody's toes or steal anybody's thunder. That's why I had the first line in my post. I actually tried several different variations of "B-65" in the search box, but if I had used "Super Cruiser" it would have brought it up. At the time, I just didn't think to do so. I also did the search only in this Prototypes and Concepts section of the forum; so, I should have also broadened my search. Good thread on the B-65 btw.  :glasses:

Thanks Deadnought. I cannot believe people wouldn't realize the game isn't even in the alpha test phase yet or least read enough to garner that info.

Hey, the B64 one was because I finally got around to putting up the data on the second post that for some reason I didn't do in the past....anyways.
