Windows 11 Pro 22H2, OS build 22621.819, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22636.1000.0

Processor 12th Gen Intel i9-12900K 3.0GHZ, 64GB DDR5 ram, SSD drives M.2, RTX 3080 TI with game drivers 526.86 11/10/2022, also tried with creators drivers.

Monitor is a SONY OLED Bravia with VRR input support at 120hz and HDR. tried both with HDR on and off.

DXdiag attached.

-------------------------------------------------------

Have tried deleting prefs, switching monitor to 4K non-VRR mode at 60hz with GPU set to use 60Hz, pretty sure I verified files, deleted shader cache as well.

at my wits end here.

look like your graphic card issue, can you try to update to the version, if not, can you research a bit more to see if the previous version was support by WG and reverse back to the previous version
