Open containers, get nothing

For the third time in the last few months, I clicked open all containers and received nothing at all.  This last time was just a few minutes ago.  I would appreciate getting the contents I was supposed to receive.

That sounds like a tech support ticket needs to be submitted.  The forum is just a place for players to share. Check the forum topic on Bug Reporting to see how to submit a ticket.

As @wyoedbrown stated above, that's best handled with a Customer Support Ticket.  They can see your account interactions and catch if anything went amiss.

OK.  Dumb question, but where do you put in a ticket?  The help menu in game doesn't seem to help.
