T-11s need to be nerfed or only play against other T-11s

Just got one shotted by a T-11 while at full health in a T-10 German BB.  Total [edited].  If that's the way the "combat" matrix is going to be, get the T-11s out of regular battle and make it a T-11 only battle.

It's not fair obviously, and it's no fun when you can't see the other guy and your battle is over in the first 2 minutes.

So, nerf the T-11s significantly, improve the German T-10s (not happening) or get them out of regular battle. 

BTW, the battle had 4 T-ll BBs per side, 1 CA and 1 DD.  The rest were T10s and a T9 DD.

They are letting the tier 11 Russian BB (Ushakov?) run around in coop (driven by bots of course).  More in the pipeline.

Tier 11s are one of the three ship diseases that ruin the game, the other two being submarines and carriers. The fourth disease is the garbage players.

MM needs to be more selective. Ive suggested before that there should be a barrier between T8 and T9 and that barrier should only be broken if wait time goes over 5 minutes. T7 should never play T9, T8 should never play T10, unless there is a severe lack of players.
