Probably a dumb question about RB.

I've reset the German BB line, and free xp'd my way back to Tier V.

When I check my port, I only have the RB icon for Tiers 8-10.

I thought I could grind RB points from Tiers 5 and up. 

Edit: To confirm, I can grind RB points on my Tier VI Ranger, but not on my Tier VI Bayern.

Were the lower tiers researched before the reset? Or did you begin the line at the Bismarck, because you got it from a container/mission/whatever?

I got the biscuit from mission chain waaay back when, and when I reset KMS BB line I had to redo the Gneis which I had not previously researched.

Thanks, I think you've both hit the nail on the head. It's possible I got the Bis in an event, and never bothered to grind the earlier ships.

Not sure what happened here.  I just reset my US BB line from the Montana back and I have RB points from the New York forward.  Maybe a bug and submit a ticket?
