That AA is really really bad.

No way Z-42 reaches armory/premium shop as is.

Z-42 having British-style short smoke is very nice. It’s much more useful than the garbage smoke found on most German DDs.

I’m greatly amused by the characterization of her main battery as having high penetration and being compared to Harugumo. The IJN 100mm has 30mm of penetration, while German 105mm guns have 26mm of penetration. This DD has less penetration than her 128mm-armed German DD counterpart (32mm).

Hopefully Z-42 is a coal ship, and not a steel or RB one, lol. 

I am very intrigued by the idea of a German Harugumo.

Dupleix: Standard T6 heavy cruiser, decent 8in firepower, no AA and explodes if broadside. Although this one has French speed and reload booster, so should be interesting. Also, why do you give us a T6 or 7 French Heavy cruiser premium and a German T6 premium cruiser that'd be brilliant to use for T6 ops, but then rework ops to make playing T6s a bad experience.

Z-42: Was expecting Ze Khaba as a T10 premium, not a Zegumo... that's better than Haragumo in almost every way possible. Basically the same DPM, damn near 500K AP DPM base (and being 105s, these will arm on every DD she'll face) British smokes, 5.8km max concealment, 6km German hydro, and good torpedo power. Add in the fact that Lutjens will pop his 7.5% DPM buff in just the first use of the smoke, and there has to be zero way Zegumo will survive balancing as she is now.

IKR. Was discussing this with some other experienced players. I can't believe anyone thought these initial stats were balanced, but then again these stats are probably nerfed from the original concept... LOL.

as a french main, seeing Dupleix is welcoming.

as a De Grasse owner, seeing Dupleix at tier 6 is something I want to argue against but historically she was part of the class of cruisers (Suffren) that preceded Algerie.

personally, I wanna see her up tiered to tier 7, with a french DD engine boost and a tad buff to gun reload, but I don't fancy that easily happening.

I'm really interested in Z-42

My only concern is that they'll use Zerstörer 1945 as a supership when it would make for a great tier 10 premium.

If it was not for the fact that Z-42 will be heavily modified, I would be really interested in her. I guess I will wait and see in what state she is left.
