I can't tell what's in the saucer, but FYI cow's milk isn't good for kittens. Most cats are lactose intolerant. If he still wants liquid nourishment pick up some kitten formula at the store. He looks old enough to be on wet cat food, though. And there are kitten formulations, but those aren't as important as the liquid stuff. Just like humans, some cats tolerate milk as adults better than others. When my dad was a kid they had a couple of dairy cows that he had to milk before school. He said that their barn cats would line up every time he went to the barn so that he could squirt milk in their mouths.
