As most if not all of you know that WoT has consumables. I was just having a little thought about them,

how about

2 tonnes of chocolate for Germans +10% crew (+2000 peeps) skills

2 tonnes of improved combat rations for russians (same thing)

2 tonnes of Sushi Japanese (same thing) if u buy wasabi +5% more.

2 tonnes of Bacon and Eggs (same thing)

2 tonnes of Burgers (same thing) if u buy cola +5%

Now to be serious (not really)

Could u devs give us a little hint on consumables cos i dont like my crew stuffing down 2 tonnes of food in the middle of a battle!

Cheers!

Here's my take, with WoT equivalents beside.

Stationed Medics : Medkit

Damage Control : Repair Kit

Firefighter : Fire Extinguisher

"Boiler Overheat" : Removed Speed Governor

Improved Naval Rangefinder : Binocs

Improved Optics : same

Rations (Smokes/Grog/Whatever) : Chocolate/Cola/Rations/Tea+Pudding/Coffee

Smokescreen : Camo

I have no doubt there will be a variety of consumables.

Shoring Timbers:  either stop flooding or reduce flooding rate by 75%, depending on how the flooding mechanic works.

Preventative flooding:  Increase flood amount by 10%, put out fire

Flood the Magazines:  Prevents magazine from detonating, guns that magazine feeds can't be used anymore. (ONLY use when magazine is on fire)

Emergency Triage:  Heal one crew type

Jam open flashproof doors:  Increase Reload rate by 15%, increase chance of magazine detonation by 30%.  United Kingdom only.  (Hello Jutland!)

Ice Cream:  Increase crew skills by 10%.  US Only  (seriously.  The US Navy lived and died on its ice cream supply in World War II)

Rum Ration:  Increase crew skills by 10%. United Kingdom Only.  If you somehow manage to get it onto a US crew, the increase is 20%. Same with the UK and Ice Cream :)

Anti Torpedo bulge:  Decrease max speed by 2 knots, take one torpedo hit without damage.

Jettison flammable materials:  Reduce chance of fire by 20%, can no longer launch scout planes. (The US Navy learned this one the hard way around Guadalcanal)

Nice list! I'd add the following for German ships:

Metallic powdercasings: decrease chance of magazine detonation by 10% (German Imperial Navy/Kriegsmarine only)
Beer Ration: Increase crew skills by 10%. (German Imperial Navy/Kriegsmarine only)

The Japanese food will probably be curry, if anything.  IJN traditionally has a sweet curry as oart if theur weekly meal.

If we're going with 1 meal per person,  the yamatos would need to carry 2500 curries,  and Kaga 2016, not sure if that number includes pilots so throw in pilots for 90 aircraft.

Shinano was estimated at 2400 but she never carried a full compliment, of people or curries.

why am I still awake.
