New Pan Asia cruisers

I know its early access but the new Pan Asia line of cruisers are terrible. Oversized DD, Guns that do no damage (avg 150) if they were designed (as stated in description) to hunt dd then they are in trouble. Short range guns @13K with terrible dispersion. Now this is a T8

Torps 61knts and 11 k range low damage and cannot hit DDs. So knife fight with DD and hope a cruiser or BB don't show up.

Hmm.  Well, I only have the Chungking so far but she has been good to me.  Just play her like the RN Emerald and she really seems to shine.

You are playing them wrong if you think they are bad. I have the t5 and t6 and they are both solid ships, very capable.
