Had A bit Of A look, But Are Depth Charge Usage Being Billed ?

Had  a look the other day but could not see if depth charges were being billed in the service fee for ships.

Maybe I missed it.

Probably billed as part of the ammo. Haven't thought about the cost yet. Damage seems to be as much as an overpen, so it probably matches the per-shell cost.
