Since many think that closing our wallets won't have the desired effect because of all the uninformed that will keep spending how can we send a message.

On the subject of gambling loot boxes being marketed to children as well as being bad for those adults with a gambling addiction problem maybe it's time for a government investigation. Sending a letter or email to your Senator or local Representative might get the ball rolling. For Canada, Mexico and South America you have your own political systems and you would know best about how to work your systems.

I mean if WG really wants to be an on line casino at least they should be following the laws all casinos have to follow.

I wish I had contacts in gaming media.  It would be lovely to see some articles critical of WoW's business models and community relationships circulating.

Ironically I think gaming media has finally caught wind of this. About time WG got some bad attention for their shonky actions.

Several US and EU investigations ALREADY going on.  WG knows this, that's why the huge moneygrab, they know the end is coming.

Hmm...I mean Hasbro is ALSO a faceless megacorp...admittedly it puts WG to shame with its earnings but I doubt they'd listen to some 'random internet person' about maybe not doing a collab because of possible bad PR.

I heard somewhere you can contact PEGI, to have them look at WGs game rating and have it elevated to the highest (18)

I don't like WGs response either.  It's time for WG to make some changes.  The way they are treating their own community has become a big problem.

Slowing down a little though and thinking about our actions first, might help us players to make sure those changes are the ones we actually want.

If PEGI says ok WG, because you sell loot boxes, we are going to raise your games rating.  WG might respond by removing loot boxes.  WG might respond by saying well....if we are now forced have this rating anyway...might as well make use of it and put the loot box pedal to the floor.

I don't think that's the change that any of us are looking for.

WG absolutely needs to wake up and realize what they are doing.  Changes need to be made in the way they treat their own players.  If we have any say in it though, it's important that that say is in our benefit.
