This is going to be fun.  Those die-hard ranked players are going to loose their f***g minds. :fish_viking:

With the exception of the submarines in ranked.. I think this looks like an all around good update. Lots of good stuff for most of us to do and use.

That free commander reset is a very nice thing to have this early. Wasn't expecting that to happen again until the October rework. Thank you.

“Our special event that commemorates the end of World War II launches on August 27. During the event,  IX Missouri will appear in random bundles that can be obtained in exchange for Doubloons.”

This is a bit worrying. It says there will be a later article with more details, but this makes it seem like this will be the only way to obtain the ship.

This game is a virtual casino designed for addiction to box and ships and grabing our cash.

What a twist on the Missouri. When they said it would be available for dubs, I wasn't thinking they'd do this with it.

Commander skill changes > tier 4 Cruiser skills > Outnumbered.

"Enemy Shops" someone's finger at WG has the gun sigma of a Fuso.

Also why no t6 subs for operations? You make rank and coop players bare the burden of the subs.

I'm incredibly disappointed that the only way to get Mo will be to spend hundreds of dollars on bundles where its weighted to appear in the last few.  How scummy and despicable after removing the bonuses and hyping everyone up that its coming back.  I was going to get it day one because I've wanted MO since I started playing, but this is just another reason to close my wallet.

Yeah, no way will I be getting the Mo. Not gonna happen. Not going to support WG making some of us second-class players.

My guess is that the operations bots use a different AI program than the coop bots, and it’s also more scripted. WG doesn’t want to invest the resources to adapt the operations AI for subs, not now and possibly never.

Of course WG pulls this nonsense...it allows them to screw over both people that want the ship and people that already have it (through the change in the credit multiplier) simultaneously.

For some weird reason I cannot find where they are confirming that the torpedo launch bug has been fixed in the upcoming update...

About the Missouri return:

"Players who already own the ship at the moment Update 0.10.7 goes live will, on average, earn the same number of Credits as before—a permanent combat mission will apply an economic bonus to all battles played at the helm of flag_USA_dd9fc06d19a8638f4077ab2fe200d22 premium_1d0cabf1997104fd727039ab9c098192IX Missouri."

Trying to understand the use of the frase "on average" in this sentence.

Can anybody explain it to me?

Was hoping it was FXP since you removed the Smalland. :/

....and let's be honest, it looks like a crappier Smalland. Lol

It means they are going to screw us on how many credits the Mo earns, then insult us when WG says "you just don't understand how YOU ARE earning the same number 'on average..."'

They've reduced the credit multiplier that was baked into Missouri's hull from its current value to a lower value following the patch.  Instead, what they've done is introduce a permanent* mission to provide current owners of Missouri with a credit boost.  The reason that they're saying that earnings will be the same on average is because the new calculations of credit earnings are likely to increase the amount of credits earned in a poor round and reduce the credits earned in a great round.

It's essentially an excuse for them to nerf Missouri's credit earnings for all of the current owners when all they had to do was rename the current Missouri as "Missouri (Old)" or "Missouri '50", remove the painted hull number on Turret #1 and reissue the new one as "Missouri" or "Missouri '45."

*"Permanent" mission subject to terms, restrictions and cancellations at WG's sole discretion. Combat mission does not stack with flag bonuses.

I knew that "on average" frase was hiding a nerf .
Not suprised

Did the price go up for Dockyard ship... and the Tier level went down, or is that just WG way of thinking...

The ONLY thing I've been looking forward to with 0.10.7, aside from the collab:

5j29wh.jpg

Maybe the Dockyard too (De Zeven Provinciën looks nice to me!). That said, I'm REALLY not sure about adding subs to Ranked in their current state...or that Missouri random box-a-palooza event. I honestly thought they'd just sell the newly adjusted Missouri in the Premium Shop and be done with it...
