i wonder when "spring" is....

its march 1st everyone not its not really "spring" but its getting close.I'm starting to get very impatient about the game. i saw some real pictures on the portal.... so when is it going to be time for closed beta/alpha?

According to my Weather, sping isnt supposed to start for another 2 months.  :Smile_sad:

The big question is, did they mean the "Fiscal" Quarter, or the standard calendar quarter. Because the US Fiscal Quarter 3 is 1 April 2013 – 30 June 2013. I just love to toss that out for giggles to get peoples hopes up :)

Well you got my hopes up. I hadn't considered the possibility of it being a fiscal quarter. I just assumed it was July 1- Sepember 30. I like your idea much better

Alpha's tentative date is Q3 2013. So dont expect it till AFTER summer. It sux, i was planning on spending my whole summer playing this... no hope for tht.

Alpha test is when it's done and beta test is when it's more done and final is well do these things ever exit beta?

Same here. It's way down to 70 this week, 30 below spring tempertures and 35-45 below summer

There is a time period that can be described as spring, as Antartica is in the Southern Hemisphere. So we're back to late 2013 guys. Drat

Spring begins with the vernal equinox at 7:02 a.m. (EDT) on March 20, 2013 in the Northern Hemisphere. Of course since Daylight savings time begins next Sunday you may want to spring forward to 8:02 a.m.

 

As far as the Alpha test goes.  You obviously didn't get into Alpha or I would have seen you in the servers.  Maybe you will have better luck getting into Beta.  I hope so for your sake.  It's great fun.

Nobody ever uses "US Fiscal Quarter" to announce potential release dates to the public.  Especially since the Company and Dev Group are Russian.   :Smile_glasses:
