Afraid it will not have a mass appeal for players not from Mexico? Have the special camo be "Corona" theme. Boom marketing genius. How do you think 5 de mayo came to be? it's not even a real holiday in Mexico.

I doubt you would get it with the helicopter and ASROC refit...  That being said, if you can find something to separate her from the normal Gearing. In US service she was a radar picket; perhaps a coal Radar Gearing (similar to the Radar Yue Yang?)?

That said, I do like the idea of a Mexican Navy ship, We need more LATAM in general. I would like to see Minas Gerais and some of the other BBs.

Corona is a very popular Mexican beer which would translate very well to an event like the OP was talking about.

Would make an interesting T10 ship....  a 6 Barrel Smaland/Halland with 1 less torp rack and a little less AA... but class leading DPM.

The tricky part would be if it gets smoke or what kind....my suggestion would be to give it IJN/RU smoke but leave off all other gimmicks like hydro/radar/heal except for a standard DD boost.  It's DPM would be it's gimmick.

IDK, but we already have this CA/BB-launched anti-sub (and SPECIFICALLY anti-sub) airstrike depth charge thing coming, so maybe there's even scope for the ASROC launcher. Hell, if we have homing torps in the game already, why not?
