Jervis nerf inconsistency? (Whoops, solved. NM)

It says on the latest dutch cruisers patch note that the Jervis will go from 7.2km - 7.3km but in game its conceal is 6.5km. What is going on?

They are talking base concealment before modules, camos, or captain skills.

Yep, check your commander skill and upgrade and camo and see what bonuses you have to get your 6.5km.

whoops, I took off my camo to look at what I thought was my standard detect but my capt has conceal. nm

Haida is garbage in most modes. All it's good for is killing other DDs. Depending on your team to carry, in a ship with zero carry potential, is a recipe for disaster.
