Proposed adjustment for Ranked progression

In future ranked battle seasons it would be nice if the progress system could be adjusted for individual player skill rather than team skill? Specifically, since teams are random, it is extremely frustrating to be one of the best players on a lousy team only to lose a star anyway because you come in a close second on XP. I would propose that the top player on the losing team should gain a star if they score over 1000 base xp and the #2 and #3 players keep their star. At very least let the top three players on the losing team keep their stars. This would eliminate some of the setbacks that are the supremely frustrating part of ranked battles and make the mode much more enjoyable to play.
