Do enhanced skills of unique commanders work in Clan Battles?

According to the Wiki, the talents of legendary commanders (e..g. Kuznetsov's "Will to Victory") do not activate in the training room and in clan battles. Fair enough.

Does this also apply to the enhanced skills of legendary commanders and other unique commanders that have them, e.g. to Halsey's and the Doe brother's improved "Grease the Gear" skill? Or will those enhanced skills still be enhanced during clan battles?

Only improved captain skills like Halsey's Grease the Gears and Sansonetti's Gun Feeder work in clan battles. So yes, your Venezia will have -75% reload when swapping shells.

Activated talents like Kutneszov's Will to Victory do not work in clan battles.

The skills do.  The Talents don't.

No...

Enhanced skills are not the same as the talents...

Enhanced skills work...talents don't.

No they do not.

Remember those talents do not activate in clan battles. So the whiz bang deluxe top dog with the fireworks and fancy stuff is just like any of our other commanders in that mode.

If you were faced with a sudden emergency for swapping shells you have not been following the battle sufficiently. I usually have a priority target list established at game start. Squishys first, radars next and then the big boys last. And the DD's top of everything.
