Comrad! You use 2 point skill for 10%+ action time on your consumables and all is back. 

Totally not buffing and nerfing ships to guide skill point choices

Seems legit. Fiji is overpowered for her tier. The Eddie MIGHT have deserved it too. The QE traverse buff is interesting. The Nerf to the British dd might be a sign of things to come.

No HE and paper hull, the Fiji and Edinburgh were fine.  Can't imagine who complained about them

No one. I have never heard anyone in game complain about either ship being OP.  Hell, Edinburgh kind of sucks, compared to the ships it can face. Other than being able to hide in smoke. They are likely changing it, because their spreadsheet says so. Fiji is a solid cruiser, but lacking HE, it still has it's disadvantages. It certainly isn't "OP" at it's tier, unless it's used by a good player. But that can be said about almost ANY ship, at any tier.  .3 sec reload time, not even sure I will notice it. Maybe they are trying to nerf Fiji's in the ONE scenario it can do now.

This time, .2 sec  last nerf so 0.5secs now from it's original, 8 secs instead of 7.5.

Must have upset some Russian botes somewhere...:Smile-_tongue:

At this point....... balans is implemented  by simply  "petting the belly" reasons. Which kinda always was the case.  I mean that was the URSS way. The only difference is that any pretense of "seriousness" is left behind.
