This is a very unusual message based on my experience with past history of updates. I have never seen a follow-up message for an update. These two events (BATTLE OF THE BEASTS and UPDATE 0.10.4 – GERMAN DESTROYERS: PART 2) must not be getting the response they want from the player base for the developers. I wonder how these events are doing with the EU and CIS regions?

Not gonna lie, they could replace one of these events every quarter with the addition of a permanent operation and run an event around that for a month, and i mean a full blown event. Would be way more interesting.

And add in permanent content.

Why wargaming doesnt recycle the holiday events every year i dont know.

April fools = duck battles.

halloween = monster event.

Figure out days to bring back the other events too. Waterworld/post apoc scenario, the newest event they just did etc.

Saves a ton of dev time and thus money and lets the events and the content get seen and used more than once.

Holiday events are basically used as a way to test different mechanics. Battle Royale mode, new consumables, new gamemodes, new ship types (the first, and in my opinion the most successful implementation of subs was in the Halloween event), possibly testing AI.

I am aware, They could still re use alot of the assets from the events however.

In addition to whatever new mechanic/ship type they wanted to try out.

If people didn't know about and start these events already, they're SOL, there isn't time left to do them. Like, literally, the Bismarck campaign expired two days ago.

Compiling a bunch of items...

(especially when some of them have already or are about to expire)

...in a category titled "Important Info" kinda defeats the purpose...

If there's something in particular that's actually "Important"...shouldn't you just highlight that thing in it's own little reminder article?

I stopped caring or tracking WG events a LONG time ago.  Too much work, grind, rules, currencies to worry about.  I'm here to have fun, not work.  None of their @#% is simple.

I'm perplexed why we're getting old news.  Last weekend I got a pop-up notice about the Pirate event.
