Airstrikes are poorly thought out

The reason being less so the damage they can do, but the fact they force a reaction while the ship that called it in can benefit from whichever reaction you choose. If you try to turn hard to get out of the strike, the ship can throw AP at your citadel. The slow reload on the Dutch cruisers is irrelevant when they can force you into a position to eat damage without even revealing themselves.

Also, I'm personally not a fan of the combination of their low detectability and what looks to be Azuma's quick cooldown repair party while they have airstrikes.
