Twitch drops not working

I got a twitch container drop and the kots mission drop on twitch. Collected them. But nothing appears in game. Seems to be bugged, anyone else got the problem?

Yes, my account is "attached."

I was cheated out of:

• two 125 German Tokens drops (said I got them in Twitch - no-show in game)
• two Twitch containers (said I got them in Twitch - no-show in game)
• one (or two, forgot) missions (said I got it in Twitch - no-show in game)

It's been about 5 days and still no-show.

I never received my KOTS container from Sunday, April 25 either. Says connected, but never received. All the others have worked fine for me.

How long did we have to watch KotS to get a container? I assumed I just didn't watch enough of it yesterday... but now I'm wondering if that was the issue. 

I did get 2 twitch containers though.

So here is what we streamers were told about when the drops were active:

As far as my experience goes, I watched 90 minutes of EU KOTS and got the drop and when I logged in to the game, the mission was there.

I guess i have been lucky, I got a twitch drop and KOT mission drop and got them both yesterday

I found out the hard way that if you use Chrome cast to watch a Twitch stream on your TV, you don't get credit to the drops. I watched over two hours and only got credit for about 30 mins.

I got credited both kots mission and a twitch container. But they don’t appear in game.

I put in a total of about 9 hours of twitch and everything is attached, Im out two or three boxes (Drops) and so far one KOTS.

As far as I am concerned thats enough for that [edited]. Its all the same hype on twitch with this event. And watching the matches is like watching paint dry while talking heads fill in the blanks for those of us who are less inclined to understand what they are seeing.

Its too bad. I enjoyed the last tourney when everything worked perfect. Drops that hit the game without trouble or hoops and all feeds running.

You don't just get the KOTS container.  When you get the twitch drop, you get a new mission, which then gives the KOTS container when complete.

The mission that I got from watching KOTS was to get 500 secondary hits, which then gave me the KOTS container.

You are sure you also claimed the reward?  After watching the required amount of time of KOTS, you have to go into the drops section of twitch and click "claim" on the container.

Yep, twitch shows claimed. Nothing appears in game

I was confused about the drop also.   It no longer just drops the crate.. it drops a combat mission you must complete for the crate.. my drop yesterday was for a 500 ribbon mission for the crate.  I find the change in the drops a bit annoying really.  Previously it just dropped the crate, now... it drops a grind for something, apparently random?  wondering how bad some of these will be?   As with everything in game all the sudden,  the hoops that must be jumped through are being ramped up..  As is my not caring at all about any of this.
