FYI Zath...the Monarch is not the only RN BB w/standard HE fire chance (high 30s instead of high 40s) that it's actually better to always use AP on (known DD ambushes being the exception of course)...

Wanna guess which other 1 has the gimped (for RN BBs) fire chance?
