From what I understand there was a power outage at the data center the servers are in, which knocked everything out. Not even something WG controls (though I would think a data center would have power backups, but whatever).

As for compensation, give them some time. Things didn't come back until late afternoon yesterday, which is late Friday evening in Russia. I'm sure they're working on making sure everything is stable and working properly, and then they'll work on the less critical stuff like compensation. They've announced at least a day of premium already.

Ive had a crap connection to their server for a while now. Was disconnected 3 times in one match this am. The other two in the house experienced no internet downtime nor did my modem indicate anything was awry.
