that was over two years ago. Congrats on your smoker. If it has taken you two years to save what you spent on this game for the same period for your smoker, I am sure they are heartbroken you are gone.

But you sure showed em...

$1200 is nothing to cry over. Top of the line.

Now that I no longer spend any money on this game since the CV Reworks I got my dream Grill/Smoker. Thanks wargaming for curing me of spending on this game so I can cure meats instead.

Smoked food contains carcinogens but what the heck, you are going to die sometime anyway and you might as well go out having eaten what you enjoyed rather than having forced yourself to eat what was considered "healthy" all your life. My favorite smokehouse special is beef brisket.

I’ve seen a few videos covert garden pots into smokers and tandoori ovens...

According to California, everything has potential carcinogens..... :cap_popcorn:

I bought a cold chisel the other day. It had one of these labels stuck on it.

There are studies that show that including black pepper with smoked meats counter act any small amounts of grill/smoked carcinogens. Also if I had to choose the source of carcinogens that end me, I'll always take the Grilled/BBQ Option.

What the fearmongers don't tell you is that the body has mechanisms for fighting carcinogens. And, as you mentioned, the level of carcinogens needed to cause cancer in lab rats are magnitudes greater than the amount the government recommends you stay under. That said, carcinogens are found everywhere and it is wise to lessen the load when you can. The prime reason people get cancer is that they are genetically predisposed to it plus do things really stupid like smoke cigarettes. Several viruses also cause cancers.

There are studies that show if you drink enough cold beer while eating smoked meats, you won't care about carcinogens (or much else).  :cap_haloween:

I highly recommend the technique. It's served me well for years.

I just bought myself a DJI Air 2s Fly More combo + insurance instead of spending money on this game.  Hi Five for spending money on not this game.
