Does anyone have a skill setup for the new German DD line?

Honestly, I'm not quite sure playing them in the first place is the best idea - look at Flamu's Z-31 video. He doesn't even bother giving the build. I'm quite pessimistic about this line, I'll admit.

Regardless, given their gun focus, I wouldn't bother with the torpedoes due to their anemic speed. Reserve those for sub-5km ambushes or hail mary shots.

As for the guns, you've got horrible German smoke, so I'd probably be betting on open-water gunboating/ambush tactics. Preventative maintenance, Last Stand, Priority Target if you like, Extra-heavy AP shells, Survivability expert, Main battery & AA specialist (the 3-pointer), Adrenaline Rush, and then your choice of 4-point skill - Fearless brawler (reload,) Main battery expert (range,) or Dazzling (enemy dispersion,) depending on how quick you can kill what you ambush (probably not fast enough.) Really nothing surprising in the build here, I'd just build it like a Soviet DD, though I'm not sure if anybody will play the line long enough to train a captain.

Nothing fancy here.

In the pre10.0 rework I had a basic 10 point skill matrix that was adequate for DD's Cruiers and so on.

Now I do not consider anything less than 16. 19 or 20.

I do not worry about compeitition or any of that fancy crap. I'll play with children all day long sailing a big warship into  crazy and fun.

Im too old and slow to care and too young to give a damn.

well, for the T7 at least, as Flamu put it, "It doesnt matter, the ship is going to suck either way" and hes right, the T7 of the new German DD line is COMPLETE trash, T1s, T3s and T5s outdo the T7, allow me to repeat that for those that think theyre eyes are messing with them T1s, T3s and T5s outdo this thing in HE DPM(T1s) and torpedo DPM(T3s) and AP DPM(T5s)

if that doesnt tell you this line isnt going to be worth jack as it is right now, i dont know what does, you cant make this stuff up

I have the T9 Felix Shultz. 

The accuracy and ballistics allows you to go range builds quite nicely. These ships play like light cruisers, not destroyers, so focusing on area of denial tactics is a good start. I've noticed when I focus on more area of denial work I actually win the game. 

Sucks that they fill a DD slot though. I've been down voted for not doing traditional DD things, but you just can't.

Try this one. Instead of RPF you migh want to try conceilment expert. both are fine.
Don't go for a pure DD build. Those ships don't stand a chance in cap withput support.
