Just a few hidden gems not listed in the 0.10.3 description, but buried in the fine print after clicking the "player support" link at the bottom of the article:

"Fixed an error that caused torpedo damage to be calculated incorrectly when the Proximity Fuze skill was active."

"Fixed an error that caused torpedoes to inflict damage to Z-23 and Lion even if they had already passed by the ship or moved in the opposite direction."

"Fixed an error that caused incorrect calculation of damage caused by AP shells to destroyers when the Super-Heavy AP Shells and Heavy AP Shells skills were activated on a battleship or heavy cruiser, respectively."

 

Draw your own conclusions on how the above reflects on the sufficiency of the testing done on the Captain Skills rework.

A number of changes consolidating hulls on tech tree ships may make the grind easier (depending on the XP numbers), but were probably done to ease the pain of enduring air attack in the base hulls of these ships. 

Yes, now that Deadeye is going, everything is about carriers again :Smile_trollface:

(Although we have the cruiser skill template for seasoning with our salt)

Yeah, I'm pretty much convinced about that torpedo aiming, when using the relevant skills, is busted.
